Mary received her BS in Dietetics and Food Administration and MS in Sports Nutrition at California State University, Long Beach. Mary holds the credential in Pediatric Nutrition (CSP). She has worked as a Pediatric Clinical Dietitian at CHOC Children’s Hospital for over 25 years and has worked with the Metabolic Program since 2003. She is also the RD Pediatric Residency Coordinator at CHOC Children’s, which was started in 2013.  Mary has been an active member of the Genetics Metabolic Dietitian International board since 2012 and is now the Past President. She is co-chair for VLCAD Nutrition Guideline Committee, sponsored by SERN and GMDI.
